NXP Semiconductors AFV10700H HF-LDMOS-Leistungstransistor

Der HF-LDMOS-Leistungstransistor AFV10700H von NXP Semiconductors ist für Impulsanwendungen bei 1030 MHz bis 1090 MHz ausgelegt. Dieser LDMOS-Transistor kann auch über das 960MHz-1215MHz-Band mit verminderter Leistung verwendet werden. Dieses Bauteil eignet sich für den Einsatz in Verteidigungs- und kommerziellen Impulsapplikationen mit großen Arbeitszyklen und langen Impulsen wie IFF, Sekundärradare, ADS-B-Transponder, DME und anderen komplexen Impulsketten. Der HF-LDMOS-Leistungstransistor AFV10700H von NXP basiert auf der Airfast-Technologie und ist in einem kompakten NI-780H-4L (AFV10700H) oder NI-780S-4L (AFV10700HS) Luftraum-Gehäuse für Design-Flexibilität untergebracht.
