Das STM32H5F5J-DK Discovery Kit von STMicroelectronics ist eine komplette Demonstrations- und Entwicklungsplattform für den STM32H5F5LJH7Q Mikrocontroller. Das Kit ist mit einer Arm® Cortex®-M33 MCU ausgestattet, die über Arm TrustZone®, die Armv8-M Mainline-Sicherheitserweiterung, 4 MB Flash-Speicher und 1,5 MB SRAM verfügt. Das Board verfügt über ein 4,3-Zoll-TFT-LCD-Farbdisplay mit einer Auflösung von 480 × 272 Pixeln und Touchscreen, Ethernet, USB Type-C®-Ableitvorrichtungs-Unterstützung, einen microSD™-Kartenhalter sowie einen M.2 Key E connectRF-Anschluss zur Erweiterung der Konnektivität.
