TPS37xx Hochgenaue Spannungsprüfer mit niedrigem Stromverbrauch

Die Texas Instruments TPS37xx hochgenauen Spannungsprüfer mit niedrigem Stromverbrauch sind 2-Kanal-Spannungsprüfer mit niedrigem Stromverbrauch und kleiner Lösungsgröße. Die SENSE1 und SENSE2 Eingänge enthalten eingebaute Hysteresen, um kurze Störungen zu unterdrücken und gewährleisten einen stabilen Ausgangsbetrieb ohne Fehlauslösungen. Diese Geräte verfügen über anpassbare SENSE-Eingänge, die mittels eines externen Widerstandsteilers konfiguriert werden können. Wenn die Spannung beim SENSE1 oder SENSE2 Eingang unter den Schwellwert fällt, wird OUT1 bzw. OUT2 nach unten getrieben. Wenn SENSE1 oder SENSE2 über den ansteigenden Schwellwert gehen, steigt OUT1 bzw. OUT 2 an. Diese Geräte verfügen über einen sehr niedrigen Ruhestrom von 2µA (typ.). Dieser extrem niedrige Ruhestrom ermöglicht eine präzise Lösung mit geringem Platzbedarf für Spannungsprüfungen, die sich für Systemüberwachungen und tragbare Anwendungen mit niedrigem Strombedarf eignen.
