RADSOK® Amphe-Power® GT Steckverbinder

Amphenol Industrial RADSOK® Amphe-Power® GT Steckverbinder sind hochstromfähige Steckverbinder für die anspruchsvollsten Industrie- und Transportapplikationen. Ursprünglich für militärische Zwecke entwickelt, wurde der Hochleistungs-GT-Steckverbinder in kommerziellen, geophysikalischen, Luft- und Raumfahrt-, Bodenfahrzeug- und Schifftransport-Applikationen eingesetzt. Es ist der bevorzugte Steckverbinder für den Nahverkehr. Die GT Steckverbinder RADSOK®-Kontakten können bis zu 150 % höhere Stromstärken als Standard-Kontakte verarbeiten. Der RADSOK-Kontakt ist eine hyperbolische, gestanzte Gitterkonfiguration innerhalb des Sockels. Wenn der Steckerkontakt eingesetzt wird, werden axiale Komponenten auf der Buchsenseite abgelenkt, was zu einem hohen Stromfluss mit minimalem Spannungsverlust innerhalb den Anschlüssen führt. Diese Konstruktion gewährleistet einen großen, koaxialen Eingriff von Fläche zu Fläche und bietet eine höhere Stromkapazität bei minimiertem Temperaturanstieg. Der größte Vorteil von RADSOK ist der sehr geringe Millivoltabfall aufgrund des engen Kontakts durch die Federkraft des Gitters. RADSOK-Kontakte sind erhältlich in Größe 8 (69 A), Größe 4 (120 A) und Größe 0 (250 A).
