LT3090 und LT3091 Negative Linearregler

Linear Technology/Analog Devices LT3090 und LT3091 Negative Linearregler erhöhen den Ausgangsstrom oder verteilen die Wärme auf den oberflächenmontierten Boards. Die LT3090 und LT3091 sind mit einer Präzisionsstromreferenz ausgelegt, gefolgt von einem Hochleistungs-Rail-to-Rail-Spannungspuffer. Die Regler werden in Applikationen eingesetzt, die eine Präzisionsausgabe, Hochstrom ohne Kühlkörper, einen auf Null einstellbaren Ausgang und eine niedrige Dropout-Spannung erfordern. Der Baustein kann auch als potentialfreier Regler mit 3 Anschlüssen konfiguriert werden.
