Octavo Systems OSDZU3-REF Development Platform

Octavo Systems OSDZU3-REF Development Platform is for the evaluation of the OSDZU3 System-in-Package (SiP).  This platform is based on the UltraZed PCIe carrier card from Avnet. The OSDZU3-REF platform is a 4-layer design that features some common peripherals, such as USB 3.0, SATA, and a DisplayPort, to evaluate the PS-GTRs.  This development platform features a host of expansion headers, including an FMC LPC, a number of PS and PL PMOD, and 100 mil headers. The OSDZU3-REF also comes preinstalled with a PetaLinux image that features a number of demos.
