VORAGO Technologies VA416x0 Radiation Hardened ARM® Cortex®-M4 MCUs

VORAGO Technologies VA416x0 Radiation Hardened ARM® Cortex®-M4 MCUs with FPU are high-performance and highly reliable microcontrollers manufactured with HARDSIL® technology. The VA416x0 offers a superior radiation performance, full latch-up immunity, and a broad array of communication interfaces, including CAN, Ethernet, and SpaceWire. The MCUs have an integrated analog-to-digital-converter and digital-to-analog-converter. The VORAGO VA416x0 Radiation Hardened ARM Cortex-M4 MCUs operate at a -55 to 125°C temperature range and are available in a 176 QFP (20mm x 20mm) package.
