Vishay / BC Components PPTC Resettable Fuses
Vishay / BC Components PPTC Resettable Fuses provide a fast response to overcurrent and low resistance, resulting in minimal voltage drop. These polymer-based thermistors (PPTCs) offer a positive temperature coefficient and are mainly designed for resettable overcurrent protection. The compact, low-profile packaging is compatible with high-temperature solders and constructed with 100% matte tin-plated terminals. The housing is also laser marked with an identification letter. Vishay / BC Components PPTC Resettable Fuses are lead free, halogen free, and RoHS compliant. Applications include USB ports, mobile internet devices, home automation sensors, and digital cameras.
