Texas Instruments TPS53647EVM-710 Evaluation Module (EVM)
Texas Instruments TPS53647EVM-710 Evaluation Module (EVM) allows users to evaluate the TPS53647. The TPS53647 from Texas Instruments is a 4-phase, D-CAP+TM step-down buck controller with PMBus interface for ASIC power or high current point of load. The default configuration of this EVM is 4-phase to demonstrate a typical 1V/120A output application but can be configured to 3-phase, 2-phase or 1-phase.
