Texas Instruments THVD1500 RS-485 5V-Transceiver
Die THVD1500 RS-485 5V-Transceiver von Texas Instruments haben bis zu 300 Kb/s mit ±8 kV IEC ESD-Schutz und sind für industrielle Applikationen entwickelt worden. Die THVD1500 Transceiver machen zusätzliche Schutzkomponenten auf Systemebene überflüssig, da die Bus-Pins gegen hohe Pegel von IEC-Kontaktentladungs-ESD-Ereignissen immun sind. Aufgrund des breiten Gleichtaktspannungsbereichs und des geringen Eingangsverlusts an den Bus-Pins eignet sich das Bauteil für Mehrpunktapplikationen über lange Kabelstrecken. Der THVD1500 hat einen industriellen Temperaturbereich von -40 °C bis 125 °C und wird von einer einzelnen 5V-Versorgung betrieben.
