Taiwan Semiconductor TSL9A12 Low Dropout Linear Voltage Regulators

Taiwan Semiconductor TSL9A12 Low Dropout Linear Voltage Regulators are ultra-low quiescent current (600nA) regulators that feature low current in the standby mode. These regulators operate at input voltage up to 6V and offer 1.8V and 3.3V fixed output voltages. The TSL9A12 linear voltage regulators provide ±2% output voltage accuracy and 400mV dropout voltage. These regulators feature current limit protection and over-temperature protection. The TSL9A12 linear voltage regulators are Pb and halogen-free, and RoHS compliant. Typical applications include portable battery-powered equipment, low-power microcontrollers, and wireless communication equipment.
