STMicroelectronics ALED7707 LED-Treiber
Der STMicroelectronics ALED7707 LED-Treiber besteht aus einem für die Automobilindustrie geeigneten, monolithischen Aufwärtswandler (AEC Q100-konform) und sechs gesteuerten Stromgeneratoren (Reihen), die speziell für die Versorgung von LED-Arrays, die in der Hintergrundbeleuchtung von LCD-Panels verwendet werden, entwickelt wurden.
