Vishay / Sprague 298W Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitors

Vishay/Sprague's MicroTAN® 298W Series Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitor is the highest capacitance-voltage product in the industry.  The surface mount MicroTAN®298W Series Solid Tantalum Chip Capacitor from Vishay/Sprague has high CV and is available in small sizes, including 0603 and 0402 footprints with low profile (down to 0.6mm height).  In addition, the 298W Series is leadframeless molded with a capacitance range from 10µF to 100µF.  Other features of 298W Series capacitors include voltage range from 4V_DC to 10V_DC, operating temperature range from -55ºC to +85ºC (to +125ºC voltage derating), and ±20% capacitance tolerance as standard.
