Skyworks Solutions Inc. Automotive Application Devices support a wide variety of automotive and transportation infrastructure systems. These automotive application devices are AEC-Q100 and AEC-Q101 qualified. The products include antenna switch modules, diodes, Front-End Modules (FEM), Low-Noise Amplifiers (LAN), and development tools. These products are ideal for infotainment, remote keyless entry, telematics/cellular, garage door opener, toll tag transponder, vehicle tracking, navigation, collision avoidance, and radar applications. The automotive application devices come in small form factor packages.

Different Variants

PIN Diodes: These diodes are ideal building blocks for many forms of RF switching from Single Pole Single Throw (SPST) to multi-throw switches. The PIN diodes are also commonly used in Pi and Tee configurations for low distortion attenuator applications.

Schottky Diodes: These diodes are optimal for use in detector and mixer functions performing at frequencies from below 10MHz to 100GHz.

Varactor Diodes: These diodes are used as electrical tuning elements in Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCOs), voltage-variable analog phase shifters, and Voltage Tuned Filters (VTFs).

RF Switches: These switches are offered in SPDT, SPDT (SP2T), SP3T, SP4T, and DPDT configurations. The devices provide excellent performance and value while utilizing proven technologies for high reliability.

Front-End Modules (FEM): These modules provide compatibility with multiple wireless standards and SoCs/RFICs in a single RF module. The IoT FEM is ideal for wireless connectivity allowing ZigBee^®, Thread, and Bluetooth^® standards, with Bluetooth 5 included.

RF Amplifiers: These amplifiers are wide-band Low-Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) with superior gain flatness and exceptional linearity.
