Nisshinbo RP118x Ultra-Low Quiescent Current LDO Regulators

Nisshinbo RP118x Ultra-Low Current Low-Dropout (LDO) Regulators offer ultra-low supply current up to 0.2µA. These regulators are ideal for applications with long service life and miniature-size battery requirements. The RP118x regulators feature an automatic operating mode that shifts between the fast response mode and low power mode. 

These regulators are available in three small packages that achieve a small footprint solution on boards with a limited area. The RP118x LDO regulators operate with a 1.7V to 5.5V input voltage range and offer a 1.2V to 3.6V output voltage range. Typical applications include wearable equipment, Li-ion battery used equipment, low-power RF application, low-power CPU, and sensor devices.
