Renesas Electronics ISL95338 Spannungsregler
Der Renesas/Intersil ISL95338 Spannungsregler ist ein Auf-/Abwärtswandler zur Spannungsregelung mit Schutzfunktionen. Um eine schnelle Einschwingzeit, einen hohen Wirkungsgrad bei geringer Last sowie nahtlose Übergänge im Discontinuous Conduction Mode (DCM) und im Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM) zu erzielen, nutzt der ISL95338 Spannungsregler die fortschrittliche R3™-Technologie. Dieser ISL95338 Spannungsregler wandelt eine Vielzahl von konventionellen DC-Stromquellen in eine geregelte Spannung um. Durch die bidirektionale Auf- und Abwärtswandlung erreicht der ISL95338 Spannungsregler von Intersil eine hohe Flexibilität. Sie sind ideal für den Einsatz in Tablets, mobilen Geräten, Ladegeräten, Ultrabooks und USB-C geeignet.
