Quectel SRG093X Short-Range Modules
Quectel SRG093X Short-Range Modules feature NXP’s IoT chip MIMX9332CVVXMAC, which integrates a high-performance dual-core Arm® Cortex-A55 CPU. These modules operate at up to 1.7GHz frequency, up to 250MHz Cortex-M33 microcontroller, embedded 1GB LPDDR4X, 16GB eMMC memory, Wi-Fi 6, BLUETOOTH® 5.4, and 802.15.4 (Thread/Zigbee®). The SRG093X modules integrate a comprehensive set of peripheral interfaces, including video output interfaces (LVDS/RGB/MIPI). These modules support LCD screens, Ethernet ports, SPI, UARTs, I2C, I3C, two USB 2.0, CAN-FD interfaces, ADC interfaces, 32-pin FlexIO interfaces, and SPDIF. The SRG093X modules offer a programmable image sensor interface with up to 2K resolutions and a display PXP engine for 2D graphics acceleration. Typical applications include industrial HMI, gateways, scanners, printers, energy meters, EV charging stations, smart speakers, POS systems, smart doorbells, and smart locks.
