NXP Semiconductors Kinetis KE1xF Microcontrollers

NXP Kinetis KE1xF Microcontrollers (MCUs) are built on the ARM® Cortex®-M4 processor with strong performance and high memory densities. These MCUs offer up to 168MHz performance with an integrated single-precision Floating Point Unit (FPU) and Digital Signal Processor (DSP). The KE1xF MCUs come with embedded flash memory sizes from 256KB to 512KB. These MCUs also incorporate a configurable Nested Vectored Interrupt Controller (NVIC) and 16-channel DMA controller extended up to 64 channels with DMAMUX.
