Nisshinbo Automotive NT1191GEAE3A GNSS Wideband Amplifier
Nisshinbo Micro Devices Automotive NT1191GEAE3A GNSS Wideband Amplifier is designed for automotive multi-GNSS receiver applications. The NT1191GEAE3A offers good gain flatness and low noise figure (NF) throughout the entire GNSS band from 1164MHz to 1610MHz. Furthermore, the amp supports a high supply voltage of up to 5.5V. The device provides ESD robustness with integrated ESD protection on each port.
The Nisshinbo NT1191GEAE3A Amplifier operates in a wide temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The DFN package with a wettable flank allows the automated optical inspection (AOI) of solder joints, which is usually required in automotive applications.
