Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP2384C Buck Converters with Forced CCM

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP2384C Buck Converters with forced continuous conduction mode (CCM) achieve a 4A of continuous output current over a wide input supply range, in a super-compact solution. The MP2384 modules use a proprietary switching loss reduction technique, operating at high efficiency over a vast output current load range, with internal low RDS(ON) power MOSFETs. The MP2384C series offers an adaptive constant-on-time (COT) control mode, enabling fast transient response and easing loop stabilization. Protection features include overcurrent (OCP), overvoltage (OVP), undervoltage (UVP), and thermal shutdown. MP2384C Buck Converters require a minimal number of external components and come in a QFN-11 (2mm x 2mm) package.
