Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EVQ4480-V-00A Evaluation Board

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EVQ4480-V-00A Evaluation Board is designed to demonstrate the capabilities of the MPQ4480 high-frequency step-down converters. This evaluation board features an integrated 4mΩ ground-sensing resistor, 235kHz to 2.2MHz adjustable frequency, forced PWM mode, and 20mΩ/15mΩ low RDS(ON) internal buck power MOSFETs. The board achieves a 6A output current over a wide input supply range and supports 300kHz to 2.1MHz frequency SYNC input, internal auto EN pull-up, and EN shutdown discharge. MPS EVQ4480-V-00A Evaluation Board also offers fault condition protection, including overvoltage (OVP), hiccup current limiting, ground short to battery protection, and thermal shutdown. The board is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified and is ideal for use in automotive infotainment systems and automotive USB hubs.
