Monolithic Power Systems MP6910A Switching Controllers are fast turn-off intelligent rectifiers for flyback converters. The MP6910A switching controllers combine a 100V power switch, which replaces diode rectifiers for high efficiency. These MP6910A switching controllers feature an 8V to 24V VDD range, 65mV VDS regulation function, support high-side, and low-side rectification, and are compatible with Energy Star. The MP6910A switching controllers operate from -40°C to 125°C temperature range and -55°C to 150°C storage temperature range. These MP6910A switching controllers are available in a SOIC8 package. Typical application includes flyback converters, industrial power systems, travel adapters, distributed power systems, and battery-powered systems.
