Mini-Circuits PMA2-63LN+ Monolithic Amplifier
Mini-Circuits PMA2-63LN+ Monolithic Amplifier is a PHEMT based wideband, low noise MMIC amplifier that features high gain, high IP3, and a low noise figure. The PMA2-63LN+ Monolithic Amplifier operates on a single 5V supply and is well matched for 50Ω.
The Mini-Circuits PMA2-63LN+ Monolithic Amplifier is available in a tiny, low-profile package (2mm x 2mm, eight lead MCLP) and is ideal for sensitive, high-dynamic-range receiver applications.
