Mill-Max Solder Cup Connectors & Terminal Pins

Mill-Max Solder Cup Connectors and Terminal Pins feature double-action spring-loaded pins, spring-loaded headers, receptacles with no tail, and press-fit receptacles for plated through-hole (PTH). These solder cup products include 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch low-profile headers, 0.050" (1.27mm) pitch sockets and spring-loaded connectors, and 0.050" (1.27mm) and 2mm pitch headers with straight and right-angle solder tail options.

These solder cup components simplify the task of making wired connections between PCBs, or devices and PCBs, by providing an appliance designed to accept and hold wires in place while soldering. The cup also allows the solder to pool and form around the wire for improved solder joints and robust connections.

The connectors feature high-temperature insulators and uniformly aligned solder cups to facilitate efficient soldering. Some of them also have enhanced anti-rotation features. Single and double row are available for most series while right angle is available in single row.
