Micro Commercial Components (MCC) Automotive-Grade 5V ESD Diode
Micro Commercial Components (MCC) Automotive-Grade 5V ESD Diode is a dual-line bidirectional diode designed to protect sensitive automotive systems and data lines. This diode features side wettable flanks that enable Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) capabilities and empower manufacturers to detect, correct, and solder joint quality and alignment. The automotive-grade 5V ESD diode also features low clamping voltage, 0.3pF (typical) junction capacitance, and minimal leakage.
The ESDULC5V0PUBWFHE3 automotive-grade 5V ESD diode complies with the IEC 61000-4-5 standard (lightning). This diode has passed the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) immunity test with ±30kV for air and contact discharge ratings. The automotive-grade 5V ESD diode is available in a compact and powerful DFN1110-3 package. This diode is used in USB 2.0, USB 3.0, electronic devices, and HDMI interfaces.
