MACOM MAAM-011275-DIE Wideband Distributed Amplifier

MACOM MAAM-011275-DIE Wideband Distributed Amplifier is a Traveling Wave Amplifier with a frequency range of 30kHz up to 40GHz. The MACOM MAAM-011275-DIE provides a 15dB flat wideband gain, 22dBm output power, and a 5.3dB noise figure. This device is input- and output-matched to 50Ω, with a typical return loss of 13dB across the band. The MAAM-011275-DIE also features an integrated power detector with a detector reference voltage generator.

The MAAM-011275-DIE is offered as a 2.3mm x 1mm x 0.05mm Bare Die and complies with the current RoHS EU directive.
