Die Littelfuse TP1.5KE Einschwingungsspannung-Unterdrückungsdioden mit 1500W sind für Automobilanwendungen AEC-Q101-qualifiziert und zum Schutz von empfindlichen elektronischen Geräten gegen Spannungsschwankungen ausgelegt. TP1.5KP TVS-Dioden verfügen über eine Spitzenimpulsleistung von 1500W bei einer 10/1000μs Wellenform und bieten eine 1,0ps schnelle Einschwingzeit von mindestens 0V bis BV. Diese Littelfuse TVS-Serie bietet einen Sperrschichtbetriebstemperaturbereich von -55°C bis +150°C. Die TP1.5KE ist ideal für den Schutz von E/A-Schnittstellen, VCC-Bus und anderen empfindlichen Schaltkreisen in Telekommunikations-, Computer-, Industrie- und Unterhaltungselektronik-Anwendungen.

This Littelfuse TVS diode series provides a -55 to +150°C operating junction temperature range. TP1.5KE is ideal for protecting I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits in telecommunications, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications.

The antennas feature poly-flexible, double-sided adhesive tape on the antenna to enable easy peel-and-stick mounting anywhere within the device casing.
