JAE Electronics DF02 Half-Pitch (1.27mm) Interface Connectors

JAE Electronics DF02 Half-Pitch (1.27mm) Interface Connectors are half-pitch (1.27mm) compatible and meet the industrial instrument market standard. The durable plastic hood makes the JAE DF02 series a lightweight connector, and the one-touch locking mechanism provides ease of operation. The DF02 series is offered in two hood variations: a nickel-plated hood for EMI shielding and an untreated hood. Applications include factory automation equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, broadcast equipment, 3D printers, and more.

Features

  • Receptacle
    • The receptacle is equipped with both a lock spring (one-touch lock) and screw lock (screw-fastening) to allow mating with either hood-type plug
    • The terminal protection design prevents short circuit caused by foreign object ingress
    • The hook-pin integrated as part of the shell strengthens the PCB hold-down
  • Plug
    • The resin-plastic hood allows the small form-factor plug to be lightweight and cost-effective
    • Catering to EMI shielding requirements, a nickel-plated hood is available
    • Untreated hoods are also optional
    • Latch-lock method two-unit structure allows for excellent workability and superior reparability
    • IDC termination available (30AWG to 28AWG) to provide added labor efficiency
    • Screw-fixed harnessing structure provides added integration time savings
