iWave Global iW-RainboW-G50M System-On-Module

iWave Global iW-RainboW-G50M System-On-Module (SOM) is an i.MX 9352 SoC-based LGA module designed per the Open Standard Module™ (OSM) specification. This SOM features 2x Cortex®-A55, 1.7GHz frequency, 5V operating supply voltage, -40°C to 85°C operating temperature range, 8GB flash, and 8GB memory. The iW-RainboW-G50M SOM is RoHS compliant and manufactured on a lead-free production process. Typical applications include 1-cell Li-Ion, Li-polymer battery portable devices, and 5V adapter non-portable devices.
