Guerrilla RF GRF5604 Power Amplifier

Guerrilla RF GRF5604 Power Amplifier is a high-efficiency amplifier that delivers up to 6W PSAT with VCC at 5V and 3W PSAT with VCC at 3.6V. This power amplifier can be externally matched from 100MHz to 600MHz frequency range with 5% to 10% typical fractional bandwidths. The GRF5604 power amplifier features 50Ω single-ended input/output impedances, digital shutdown, and 190mA native mode Quiescent current consumption. This amplifier is used in automatic meter reader and VHF/UHF.
