Guerrilla RF GRF5504 High Efficiency Power Amplifier
Guerrilla RF GRF5504 High-Efficiency Power Amplifier delivers up to 3.5W at Psat with VCC 5V and 120mA of low quiescent current (ICCQ). This amplifier features a flexible bias voltage, current, and InGaP HBT process. The Guerrilla RF GRF5504 amplifier includes Power Added Efficiency (PAE) at 64%(approx) and 400MHz-500MHz tuning frequency range. This amplifier operates at -40°C to 80°C operating temperature range and stored at -65°C to 125°C storage temperature range. Typical applications include UHF, RFID, and automatic meter reader.Features
