Bosch BHI380 Smart Sensors
Bosch BHI380 Smart Sensor features a programmable inertial measurement unit (IMU)-based sensor system that combines a gyroscope with an accelerometer for full customization. The integrated sensor fusion library allows 3D audio with head orientation, resulting in personalized sound experiences and simple gesture recognition. The sensor is ideal for smartphones and tablets, wearables and hearables, smart devices, and more. The BHI380 offers a large set of integrated application-specific algorithms and includes self-learning AI software for a variety of fitness tracking. For example, the dedicated swim tracking software measures swimming style, while the pedestrian dead reckoning (PDR) algorithm helps users reach a destination, even when the GPS signal drops out for a brief period.
Bosch BHI380 Smart Sensor comes in a compact 20-pin LGA package with a 2.5mm x 3mm footprint and is 50% smaller than the previous generation.
