Maxims MAX11300 20-Port, Mischsignal-I/O integriert einen PIXI™, 12-Bit, Mehrkanal-, Analog-Digital-Wandler (ADC) und einen 12-Bit, Mehrkanal-, gepufferten Digital-Analog-Wandler (DAC) in einem einzigen integrierten Schaltkreis (IC). Dieses Gerät bietet 20 bipolare Mischsignal-Hochspannungsanschlüsse, die als analoger ADC-Eingang, analoger DAC-Ausgang, als ein Universal-Eingangsport (GPI), als Universal-Ausgangsport (GPO) oder als analoges Schaltterminal konfiguriert werden können. Ein interner und zwei externe Temperatursensoren prüfen den Anschluss und die Umgebungstemperatur entsprechend. Für Open-Drain-Geräte oder einen analogen Schalter sind angrenzende Ports-Paare als Logik-Level-Umsetzer konfigurierbar. PIXI-Anschlüsse bieten eine äußerst flexible Hardware-Konfiguration für 12-Bit gemischte Signalanwendungen. Der MAX11300 ist bestens für Anwendungen geeignet, die eine Mischung aus verschiedenen analogen und digitalen Funktionen erforderlich machen. Jeder Anschluss kann individuell mit bis zu vier auswählbaren Spannungsbereichen von -10V bis +10V konfiguriert werden.

PIXI ports provide highly flexible hardware configuration for 12-bit mixed-signal applications. The MAX11300 is best suited for applications that demand a mixture of several analog and digital functions. Each port is individually configurable with up to four selectable voltage ranges within -10V to +10V.
