Der ADI AD7902 Analog-Digital-Wandler ist ein dualer 16-Bit ADC mit sukzessiver Näherung, der von einer einzelnen Stromversorgung, VDDx, pro ADC betrieben wird. Er umfasst zwei ADCs mit geringem Stromverbrauch und Hochgeschwindigkeits-16-Bit Abtastrate sowie eine vielseitige Schnittstelle mit seriellem Port (SPI). Auf der CNVx steigenden Flanke tastet der AD7902 einen analogen Eingang, IN+, im Bereich von 0V bis VREF in Bezug auf eine Bodenabtastung, IN−, ab. Die extern angewandte Referenzspannung der REFx-Kontakte (VREF) kann unabhängig von den Versorgungsspannungskontakten, VDDx, eingestellt werden. Die Leistung der Geräte steigt linear mit dem Durchsatz. Unter Verwendung der SDIx-Eingänge kann die SPI-kompatible serielle Schnittstelle auch mehrere ADCs auf einem einzelnen 3-Draht-Bus verketten und somit einen zusätzlichen Tätigkeitsindikator zur Verfügung stellen. Kompatibel mit 1,8V, 2,5V, 3V oder 5V Logik, unter Verwendung der separaten VIOx-Versorgungen.

The externally applied reference voltage of the REFx pins (VREF) can be set independently from the supply voltage pins, VDDx. The power of the device scales linearly with throughput. Using the SDIx inputs, the SPI-compatible serial interface can also daisy-chain multiple ADCs on a single 3-wire bus and provide an optional busy indicator. It is compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, 3V, or 5V logic, using the separate VIOx supplies.
