AMobile Solutions SoM-SD510 Arm® System-on-Module is powered by the MediaTek Genio 510 processor and integrates a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU and an AI accelerator. This module features 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage, and supports Android 14 and Yocto 4.0 operating systems. The SoM-SD510 SoM offers Wi-Fi® 5, Bluetooth® 5.1, and Gigabit Ethernet. This module supports various display interfaces, including HDMI and DisplayPort up to 4K@60fps, eDP, and MIPI DSI, while camera support is provided via dual MIPI CSI. The SoM-SD510 SoM operates within the -10°C to 60°C (commercial) and -20°C to 85°C (extended) temperature ranges, with 10-year product longevity. This module comes in 69.7mm x 50mm dimensions and is suitable for lightweight AI and IoT applications.
