Die cExpress-KL Kühlkörper und Wärmeverteiler umfassen passive Kühlkörper, aktive Kühlkörper und Wärmeverteiler. Diese thermischen Lösungen umfassen Abstandsbolzen mit Gewinde für Untermontage und Abstandshalter zur Durchsteckmontage für Obermontage. Die passiven Kühlkörper sind in den Varianten mit niedrigem Profil und hohem Profil erhältlich.
