TLP570x GaAℓAs Photokoppler

Die TLP570x GaAℓAs-Fotokoppler von Toshiba enthalten eine Aluminium-Galliumarsenid-Infrarot-Leuchtdiode (LED), die optisch mit einem integrierten Hochgeschwindigkeits-Photodetektor mit hoher Verstärkung in einem kompakten 6-Pin-SO6L-Gehäuse gekoppelt ist. Die TLP570x-Baureihe ist physisch kleiner und dünner als ein Optokoppler im 8-Pin-DIP-Gehäuse und entspricht den internationalen Sicherheitsstandards für verstärkte Isolierung. Die GaAlAs-Photokoppler TLP570x von Toshiba bieten eine Lösung mit kleinerem Footprint für Applikationen, die eine Zertifizierung nach Sicherheitsstandards erfordern. Eine interne Rauschabschirmung bietet eine garantierte Gleichtakt-Transientenfestigkeit von 20 kV/μs.
