CPC1966 AC Power Switch
IXYS Integrated Circuits CPC1966 AC Power Switch is an AC solid state switch with dual power SCR outputs. The device includes zero-cross turn-on circuitry and a blocking voltage of up to 800VP. Optically coupled input and output circuits provide high isolation voltage and noise immunity between the control and load circuits. As a result, the IXYS Integrated Circuits CPC1966 AC Power Switch is well suited for industrial environments where electromagnetic interference would disrupt the operation of plant facility communication and control systems.
