Der FL serielle NOR Flash-Speicher von Cypress bietet eine reduzierte Kontaktanzahl für niedrigere Systemkosten bei gleichzeitiger optimaler Lese-/Schreibleistung. Dadurch eignet sich der FL serielle NOR Flash-Speicher hervorragend für Anwendungen in der Automobilindustrie, Netzwerke, Unterhaltungselektronik und industrielle Anwendungen. Für Kunden aus der Automobilindustrie ist eine AEC-Q100-Qualifizierung und PPAP-Unterstützung verfügbar. Die FL-Familie setzt sich aus vier Produktgruppen zusammen: FL-S, FL-L, FL1-K und FL-P.

  • FL-S
    • Densities from 128Mb up to 1Gb
    • Hybrid sector architecture
    • Read speed in single, dual, and quad I/O modes up to 133MHz SDR (single data rate) and up to 80MHz DDR (double data rate), delivering read bandwidth of up to 80MBps
    • Programming performance (up to 1.08MBps) speeds manufacturing throughput
    • Temperature ranges: Industrial (-40°C to +85°C), industrial-plus (-40°C to +105°C), extended (-40°C to +125°C)
    • Select devices available with I/O supply voltage of 1.65V to 3.6V
