DRV5055/DRV5055-Q1 Linearer Hall-Effekt-Sensor

Der Texas Instruments DRV5055/DRV5055-Q1 ratiometrische lineare Hall-Effekt-Sensor spricht proportional auf die magnetische Flussdichte an. Das Bauteil kann in einer großen Auswahl von Applikationen für eine genaue Positionsbestimmung verwendet werden. Der DRV5055/DRV5055-Q1 wird mit Stromversorgungen von 3,3 V bis 5 V betrieben. Wenn kein Magnetfeld vorhanden ist, steuert der analoge Ausgang die Hälfte von VCC an. Der Ausgang ändert sich linear mit der angewandten magnetischen Flussdichte und die vier Empfindlichkeitsoptionen ermöglichen eine maximale Ausgangsspannungsschwingung, die auf dem erforderlichen Messbereich basiert. Magnetische Nord- und Südpole erzeugen einzigartige Spannungen. Der magnetische Fluss wird vom Bauteil senkrecht zur Oberseite des Gehäuses erfasst und die zwei Gehäuseoptionen bieten verschiedene Abtastrichtungen. Das Bauteil verwendet eine ratiometrische Architektur, die Fehler von der VCC-Toleranz beseitigen kann, wenn der externe Analog-Digital-Wandler (ADC) die gleiche VCC für seine Referenz verwendet. Ein weiteres Merkmal des DRV5055/DRV5055-Q1 ist der magnetische Temperaturausgleich, welcher der Magnet-Drift entgegenwirkt und eine lineare Leistung über einen breiten Temperaturbereich von –40 °C bis 125 °C bietet. Die DRV5055-Q1 Bauteile sind für Fahrzeuganwendungen AEC-Q100-qualifiziert.
