OSTAR Projektions-Leistungs-LEDs

OSRAM OSTAR Projektions-Leistungs-LEDs sind dünne LED-Module mit hoher Luminanz, die speziell für Projektionsapplikationen ausgelegt sind. Die Projektions-Leistungs-LEDs basieren auf fortschrittlichen Dünnschicht- und UX:3-Chip-Technologien. Diese LEDs sind in verschiedenen Konfigurationsstufen mit zwei, vier oder sechs Chips in Kombination mit einem Trägerboard aus isoliertem Metallsubstrat (IMS) erhältlich. Die Halbleiterchips (Baugröße 2 mm²) sind entsprechend montiert und als Lichtquelle auf einer mit einem Glasfenster bedeckten Platte verdrahtet. Die IMS-PCB fungiert als Wärmeableiter und bietet eine große Oberfläche für einen effizienten thermischen Kontakt zum Systemkühlkörper.
