TE Connectivity Nanominiatur DUALOBE® (Ummantelte) Steckverbinder integrieren das DUALOBE Polaritätsschema. Dieses Polaritätsschema eliminiert die Notwendigkeit des Steckens der Führungsstifte ohne die Gehäusegröße zu erhöhen. Die DUALOBE Steckverbinderserie ist sowohl in Aluminium gefräster als auch in einer Formkunststoffschale erhältlich, jeweils in Einzel- und Doppel-Reihen-Steckverbindergehäusen. Einzelreihenkonfigurationen haben üblicherweise eine Standard-Kontaktanzahl von 5 bis 51, während die Zweier-Reihenkonfigurationen mit 9 bis 65 Kontakten eine höhere Dichte aufweisen. Diese Steckverbinder können auf viele verschiedene Arten beendet werden. Standardkonfigurationen umfassen Drähte, Oberflächenmontage, Durchgangsbohrung, Lötkelch, "Entenschnabel" und Panelmontage. Verdrahtete Kabelbaum-Baugruppen und kundenspezifische Konfigurationen können auch untergebracht werden. Zu diesen kundenspezifische Konfigurationen gehören z.B. gefilterte, hermetische, umgebungsfest abgedichtete und Blind-Mate-Steckverbinder.

Miniature Dualobe Connectors

TE Connectivity / Nanonics Miniature Dualobe Series consists of ultra-small connectors with center-to-center contact spacing of 025". As part of the TE Nanonics product family, miniature Dualobe connectors feature a "spring socket" contact system that provides rugged contact integrity for superior reliability and environmental performance. The "spring socket" contact system offers a gold-on-gold mating area, covering a minimum of 180° of the contact surface, a mating force of no greater than 6 ounces per contact, and low contact resistance of 0.003Ω to 0.008Ω. Developed per MIL-DTL-83513 guidelines, with a few size-related modifications, the Nanonics Miniature Dualobe connectors provide highly reliable performance in a temperature range of -200°C to +200°C, making these connectors well-suited for applications operating in extreme environments.
