PV® 2,54 mm Wire-to-Board-Steckverbinder

Die Amphenol FCI PV ® 2,54 mm-Wire-to-Board-Steckverbinder sind für hochdichte Board-to-Board, Platine-zu-Draht und Wire-to-Wire-Anwendungsbereiche mit anspruchsvollen elektrischen und mechanischen Leistungsanforderungen ausgelegt. Diese PV-Lösung ist ein vielseitiges und modulares System mit einzigartiger Dual-Metall-PV Kontakt-Anschlussbuchse und einer Haltbarkeit von bis zu 1000 Zyklen. Die Beryllium-Kupfer-Feder sorgt für eine hohe Normal-Kraft an der Steckschnittstelle während die polarisierte Steckgeometrie eine Falschsteckung verhindert. Es steht eine Auswahl von drei Federdrücken zur Verfügung, um die gewünschte Einführung und die Auszugskräfte an die jeweiligen Anforderungen anzupassen. Das Amphenol FCI PV Wire-to-Board-Steckverbinder-System ist RoHs-konform, bleifrei und erfüllt alle Umwelt-, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsanforderungen. Zu den typischen Anwendungsbereichen gehören Kommunikation, Verbrauchergeräte, Medizin, Messgeräte, Industrieanlagen, Weißware, Automobil-Elektronik sowie Militär und Luftfahrt.
