The low clamping voltage provides efficient protection without compromising signal quality, and ultra-low capacitance is ideal for minimizing signal distortion in high-speed applications. These diodes are designed to avoid compromising signal integrity while preventing damage from electrostatic discharge. The ultra-low capacitance ESD diodes also feature impressive IEC 6100-4-2 ratings for ESD immunity of up to ±15kV for air and ±12kV for contact discharge.
