Die DC/DC-Wandler der MGJ-Baureihe von Murata Power Solutions eignen sich hervorragend für die Versorgung von High-Side- und Low-Side-Gate-Treiberschaltungen für IGBTs, Siliziumkarbid und MOSFETs in Brückenschaltungen.
