SFW™ SpotFast® Fasteners

PEM SFW™ SpotFast^® Fasteners are specifically designed to allow pivoting (hinging) of two metal sheets. These fasteners attach two metal sheets, which are too difficult to weld. The SFW fasteners install smooth with the top sheet and flush or sub-flush with the bottom sheet. These fasteners also join dissimilar metals that are unable to weld and attach ultra-thin metal sections. The SFW fasteners fasten sheets of unequal thicknesses. Typical applications include HV battery connections, battery management systems, onboard chargers, DC-AC converters and controllers, thermal management systems, and electric motors.
