ISO164x/ISO164x-Q1 Digitalisolatoren

Die bidirektionalen I2C-Digital-Isolatoren ISO164x/ISO164x-Q1 von Texas Instruments sind im laufenden Betrieb austauschbare, bidirektionale Isolatoren mit geringem Stromverbrauch, die mit I2C-Schnittstellen kompatibel sind. Dieser Digitalisolator unterstützt UL 1577 Isolationswerte von 3.000 VRMS im 8-D-Gehäuse. Alle Isolationskanäle in diesem Bauteil mit niedrigen Emissionen verfügen über einen Logikschaltungs-Eingangs- und Ausgangsbuffer, der durch die doppelte kapazitive Siliziumoxid-Isolationsbarriere (SiO2) getrennt ist. Diese Produktfamilie umfasst Bauteile, die gemäß VDE, UL, CSA, TÜV und CQC zertifiziert sind. Die ISO164x/ISO164x-Q1 von Texas Instruments verfügen über zwei isolierte bidirektionale Kanäle für Takt- und Datenleitungen. Die ISO164x/ISO164x-Q1 enthalten eine Logikschaltung, die zur Unterstützung von bidirektionalen Kanälen erforderlich ist und ein viel einfacheres Design und einen kleineren Footprint im Vergleich zu Optokoppler-basierten Lösungen ermöglicht. Die ISO164x-Q1 Bauteile sind AEC-Q100-qualifiziert für Automotive-Applikationen.
