ADP7183/ADP7185 Linearregler

Analog Devices ADP7183/ADP7185 LDO-CMOS-Linearregler werden von -2,0 V bis -5,5 V betrieben und bieten einen Ausgangsstrom von bis zu -300 mA bzw. -500 mA. Die Regler eignen sich bestens für die Regelung von leistungsstarken analogen und Mischsignal-Schaltungen, die von -0,5 V bis zu -4,5 V betrieben werden. Diese ADP7183/ADP7185 Regler sind mit einer fortschrittlichen proprietären Architektur ausgelegt und bieten einen hohen PSRR und eine rauscharme Leistungsfähigkeit. Darüber hinaus erreichen die Regler mit einem kleinen 4,7-μF-Keramik-Ausgangskondensator ein hervorragendes Leitungs- und Last-Einschwingverhalten.
