ISO672x/ISO672x-Q1 Digitalisolatoren

Die Zweikanal-Digitalisolatoren ISO672x/ISO672x-Q1 von Texas Instruments eignen sich ideal für kostensensible Anwendungen, die eine Isolationsleistung von bis zu 3.000 VRMS (D-Gehäuse) gemäß UL 1577 erfordern. Diese Bauteile sind außerdem von VDE, TÜV, CSA und CQC zertifiziert. Die Bauteile ISO672x/ISO672x-Q1 bieten eine hohe elektromagnetische Immunität und geringe Emissionen bei geringem Stromverbrauch und isolieren gleichzeitig CMOS- oder LVCMOS-Digital-I/Os. Jeder Isolationskanal verfügt über einen logischen Eingangs- und Ausgangspuffer, der durch die doppelte kapazitive Siliziumdioxid-Isolierbarriere (SiO2) von TI getrennt ist. Das Bauteil ISO672xB/ISO672xB-Q1 verfügt über 2 Isolationskanäle mit 1 Kanal in jede Richtung. Im Fall von Eingangsleistungs- oder Signalverlust ist die Standardausgabe für Bauteile ohne Suffix F hoch und für Bauteile mit Suffix F niedrig.
