ISO652x/ISO652x-Q1 Funktionale Isolatoren

Texas Instruments ISO652x/ISO652x-Q1 Funktionale Zweikanal-Isolatoren sind Hochleistungsbauteile mit einer Isolationsbarriere, die eine Betriebsspannung von 200 VRMS/ 2,80 VDC und eine transiente Überspannung von 570 VRMS/ 8,00 VDC unterstützt. Diese Digitalisolatoren bieten eine hohe elektromagnetische Immunität und geringe Emissionen bei geringem Stromverbrauch. Die ISO652x/ISO652x-Q1 Isolatoren verhindern, dass Rauschströme auf Datenbussen, wie z. B. SPI, UART, RS-232, RS-485 und CAN empfindliche Schaltungen beschädigen. Diese Isolatoren verfügen über eine Datenrate von 50 MBit/s, eine Pegelumsetzung von 1,71 V bis 5,5 V und eine typische niedrige Laufzeitverzögerung von 11 ns bei 3,3 V.
